Any idea what this rash is on my 2.5 yr olds upper arm? He's had it since I can remember it doesn't bother him

Looks like Keratosis Pilaris.  Very common a lot of people have it, nothing will really take it away.  A lot of children will grow out of it.

My son gets follicular eczema which looks just like this. AS SOON as it starts to get more dry outside we have to switch to Aveeno body wash & lotok ion for eczema. It helps a lot!

I have this too. I use cera-ve lotion and it seems to help a lot! They make it for kiddos too.

I have it too. Gets worse in the summer. Its a form of rosecia (spelling?)
