dad doesn’t help

the father of my child and I are still together however he doesn’t do anything. He doesn’t make bottles, doesn’t change diapers, doesn’t give her a bath, doesn’t feed her, doesn’t play with her, doesn’t change her clothes. he literally doesn’t do anything and gets mad when i ask him to do something. i can’t remember the last time he changed a diaper or made her a bottle. what should i do? is this normal for dads to not do anything???
