Wart ? Cyst ?

So for the last couple months I’ve had this single bump on the outside of my vagina (circled ) its Hard and firm and when squeezed (I know I shouldn’t ) nothing comes out except blood if reallly squeezes. There is NO pain I almost forget it’s there sometimes but My skin down there is notorious for razor bumps and irritation so I thought that’s what it was but it hasn’t gone away and is unpoppable which is weird . There’s only one not a cluster but all that’s coming up is genitalia warts . But it looks more like a solid small bubble . Any suggestions on what it could be I’m about 5 seconds from a panic attack. Does it sound like warts ?
