I had an ectopic pregnancy last November what resulted in my left tube being removed. I found out last week I’m pregnant.

Two days ago I started spotting with some cramps. I went into the ER where they said my hcg was 121 but my uterus lining no was 25 mm. I’m so afraid this maybe another ectopic pregnancy. I’m so worried with the spotting as well. Has anyone went through this!?
