No, I would avoid that at all cost. It’s not that I think they would do anything but like with any addiction the addiction will trump any responsibility when the urge hits

Um well I’m not leaving my child alone with anyone who has any type of addiction. They may not pay as much attention to your child to go feed their addiction, and while they may be able to do it quickly, we all know how quickly a toddler can get into things.

I personally don’t. You know the person better than we would, but just because someone watches a lot of porn doesn’t make them a predator. If said person is interested in kiddie porn (which is VERY illegal) then obviously no or the person watches it while watching the child then no as well.

I don’t know much about porn addiction. Maybe there could be some exceptions, like if I knew the person very close, knew how severe it was and 1000% knew they wouldn’t ever think to be watching it while caring for my child.. and that they weren’t weirdos and the porn they watch is ADULTS only. But I’m going to have to go with a pretty solid no on this one.

For me it depends what kind of porn they watch and sometimes people’s porn addictions are so strong that they need something more “exciting” to get them off, and it sometimes grows to the point where they will watch very obscure and disturbing things so honestly it depends.

Just because they watch porn a lot doesn’t mean they are a danger to your child...as long as they aren’t doing it around your kid (then it becomes a different issue). No, that wouldn’t be a red flag they are a predator.

That’s your baby and if you feel uncomfortable leaving her with someone with any type of addictions then that’s your choice and no one is allowed to judge. I probably wouldn’t leave my child with them
