Hello

Recently had a chemical pregnancy this month. Tested positive on the 4th. Had blood tested the 7th measuring my hcg at 45. Sunday the 10th still positive but some spotting. Monday afternoon I had some cramping and more bleeding. I took a digital test that read not pregnant which was heart breaking as it said 1-2 weeks the day before. Tuesday morning I woke up with bad cramps and bleeding. The bleeding stopped Thursday (14)

I have heard lots of people conceive right after. I’m wondering what day is day one of cycle ? I’m using ovulation strips for best accuracy but don’t really know what day is day one of cycle

Also how long did it take most people to conceive again after one?
