Allergic or not???

Hi everyone

my babies got redness around her mouth after feeding ( formula). She eating HIPP formula right now. I wondering is she allergic to that formula? Do I have to change to another one?

last month, I gave her once a day for 3 days and I stopped. Nothing happened. Right now my supply kind of low, so I tried to give her again and it happened. It confusing me. I don’t know is she allergic or not?

she just finished her antibiotics treatment because she have infection and got some eczema, so I don’t know..
