Cramping

I'm 8 weeks pregnant today and I've been cramping yesterday but yesterday I think it was because of constipation so I went. But I'm cramping right now but it's coming and going. I'm not bleeding or anything and I did have a ultrasound appointment at 7 weeks 4 days so I know the baby is there and it's not ectopic or anything like that. I'm just scared..
