Help me can I use abreva during pregnancy

So this is my 3rd time posting this but today it looks worse and idk what to do. I have never had a cold sore. My baby head butted me 2 days ago and it cut my lip open and was bleeding. Now it looks like this. Can I use abreva at 10 weeks pregnant and also breastfeeding
