Can any one translate these results for me?

Yes I know you guys are not Drs ect but figured since I can’t speak with the dr about these results till Monday I’d ask any one if they could translate into normal people speak what it means 😂.

Back story these results are for a 10 year old female, first morning urine before she even got out of bed for the morning so she had not been on her feet yet. She’s had 4 abnormal afternoon urinalysis, the last two had high level protein in them.

The top One for protein I think I understand but would like a second opinion till I speak with the doctor Monday bc results didn’t come in till they were closed
