Deli meat
I'm 23.5 weeks pregnant and for the last month I have been making and eating chicken breast wraps but with deli chicken breast every day. Im now freaking out a little I may have done something wrong when it comes to listeria. Im not having any symptoms i mean occasionally I have diarrhea but thats normal for me. Do I have to be worried? Baby is moving around and normal...any help or guidance will be appreciated.
