Help! 3 days pp & no milk supply
I’m 3 days pp, & I barely have milk. My baby lost 10% of her weight do it. Had to start feeding her formula, nothing is wrong w formula babies but it wasn’t in my plans to do so. So I’m still trying to breastfeed her & do formula. Anyone here has had the same problem? In need of encouraging words.
& hopefully some tips on how to increase supply.
