HCG & Progesterone

Currently 4+5 and I’ve had some lab work done. I had an early loss a couple months ago around 5-6 weeks and unfortunately, the doctor says it looks like my HCG levels look like they’re starting to plateau like they did last time, although they are 5x higher than before (highest beta was 170 at 5w). Not sure what to make of the numbers. My doctor only said to get my blood drawn again tomorrow to check my HCG level.

15 DPO: 626

17 DPO: 648

19 DPO: 737

I also got my progesterone level checked on my own because my doctor won’t do it unless there are recurrent miscarriages (>3).

10 DPO: 36.7 ng/mL

17 DPO: 33.1 ng/mL

Any stories or insight on what this could mean? Trying not to freak out. No cramping or spotting. From what I’ve read, higher progesterone levels could rule out chance of an ectopic pregnancy.
