Help!

Hi ladies these are my sister in law pictures and I wanted to know what you guys think

So she says her LMP was Nov.7 so she would technically be 11 weeks now or so she went to a clinic yesterday and they couldn’t find a heartbeat and they said that she measures 6 weeks so she went to the hospital same day and did blood work no ultrasound and they said for her hcg levels 29000 she’s about 6 weeks so I feel maybe she lost track of her period and got the wrong date or maybe baby isn’t growing at all. This is her ultrasound the clinic did on her. What do you ladies think.
