Varicose veins and sex drive!

This is my third pregnancy, second baby. I have a 4 year old boy. This one is a girl. I do work retail management so I’m on my feet a ton! But the varicose veins are UNREAL! They’re so large and puffy. It’s horrible! I wear compression stockings at work...which end up slipping down throughout the day 🙄 so I don’t really think they’re doing much. Plus I have them on/in my crotch too😭😭 is anyone else dealing with bad veins?! And I have no sex drive...like haven’t had sex this whole pregnancy. I’m 25+2. I had a small subchorionic hemorrhage early on so I wasn’t allowed to have sex. But I’ve been in the clear for weeks, just don’t have the desire. This pregnancy has been so different than my sons. Anyone else? I feel like it’s just me lol
