4 weeks 5 days no symptoms?

I’m defiantly pregnant, my HCG was checked Thursday and it was 289. I’m 4 weeks 5 days today, My first u/s appointment is feb 25th. Is it normal to not have any symptoms at all? Like none? It makes me extremely anxious. I haven’t had any cramping at all or any bleeding which I assume is good? Anyone else not have any symptoms at almost 5 weeks? Super overly Worried about my HCG levels... wish they could check them again.

Some women have zero symptoms their entire pregnancy and it’s fine and normal. Some get them early on and some get them weeks later. Just varies per woman/pregnancy. I had zero symptoms with my son.

Yep totally normal my only symptom is exhaustion and I’m 8 weeks

I had zero symptoms my first pregnancy. Second pregnancy I thought it would be the same but I was hit around 6 weeks with nausea and exhaustion.

I had no symptoms until 7w. Might have felt a little more tired, but otherwise couldn’t tell I was pregnant. Then the nausea hit 🤢. 4 weeks and going strong.

I didn't start to have physical symptoms until I was about 11w. 
However my emotions started changing early. I think it was the hormones kicking in.

I’m 11w4d and have had hardly any symptoms the entire time. The only symptom is that my face broke out so bad. But other than that, none 🤷🏼‍♀️
