Yeast infection at 10dpo

I have what looks like the start of a yeast infection (tmi) but with my last pregnancy that ended in a very early miscarriage, I also got a yeast infection that was my first symptom. Anyway, I’ve tested this morning with fmu and it was negative. Am I out....? My period is 4 days away.
