Rabbit??

My SIL and her kids had rabbit tonight and their was leftover so she's bringing some over.. And I'm honestly a little scared 😂😂 Since moving to Louisiana I've tried so many different things. Has anyone here ever had rabbit? What's it taste like and what's the texture? Is it chewy?? I'm not a picky eater, but I am big on texture. If it's chewy or slimy oe fishy, I just can't
