i’m going to get a car

my bd gives me $450 in cash for child support so it’s not traceable can i report that as income??

edit: i make $700 a month... i can’t get a car with that income i can afford a $250 payment though. my $450 goes towards my child whatever i don’t use goes towards a college savings.

rn i have a part time job that’s 5 minutes from my house my mom drives me. i’m trying to find a better job and with more hours my mom won’t be able to drive me.. with a better job i can put more towards my son myself.
