Anything that says sugar free? Healthy or no?

I bought sugar free on to go pack of Hawaiian Punch variety pack. 
What about those other sugar free on the go packs? 
Are these healthy or no? Is anything that says sugar free healthy like jello,pudding, yogurt and whatever else

Not really...they use artificial sweeteners in place of sugar which arent good for you.

No. Sugar free means filled with chemicals to replace.

Sadly no , they put other sugars in it like maltodextrin, sugralose , dextrose ,aspartame, and loads more . I use a water flavoring called stur its sweetned with stevia and it tastes great

A good juice is Juicy Juice no sugar added. It has the most real fruit juice and doesn’t add fructose or cane sugar.

It’s not really health food. You also have to be careful with sugar free snacks like that because what’s used in place of sugar can mess with your stomach.
