Missed twin at early ultrasound ?

I’m wanting to know has anyone had an early ultrasound (7weeks) only showing one baby, only to find out at a later scan they were having twins or more? 
I have been convince I am having twins from the moment I found out I was pregnant. 7 week scan today only showed one but I still really feel like there’s two in there. 
I’d like to know the chances

There’s a Chance, saw someone a week or two ago that had a “vanishing twin” and it wasn’t caught until the anatomy scan I believe, because the other twin was behind the first on all the scans. It can happen, but twins are already more rare so odds are lower unless it runs in your family.

I feel the exact same way! I was 6 weeks when I got my ultrasound. UT said it was one baby but I see something else on my US pic

It would be veryyy unlikely.  At 7 weeks baby already has a heartbeat and they’d have very likely seen a second with how advanced ultrasounds are.
