DIM supplement

Has anyone here ever taken DIM? It’s supposed to be for menopausal women, but my doctor recommended it for me to take to get my hormones in balance since I produce breast milk and shouldn’t be.

I’ve been reading up on it and apparently it’s also helped a lot of women with PCOS get pregnant. So I thought I’d share.

But if you have taken it, have you had WILD dreams?

I’ve been taking it for almost a week and my dreams are absolutely vivid and crazy every. Single. Night.
