Skin picking HELP??

I have such a bad problem with skin picking... Any lump,bump or spot I see I will pick it till I'm bleeding and continue to pick it on a daily basis...I don't know how to stop it. I don't even realise I'm doing it most of the time. Help?!

I have been in therapy for skin-picking (also called dermatillomania) for almost a year and I am finally almost recovered. I picked my back, my front, my face and my fingers. Habit reversal and cognitive behavior therapy do help to stop and therapy is often covered through health insurance. Go online and find the TLC (trich learning center) for skin picking. They have great resources!

I hate this. I am one of those people. My body is covered in acne for almost 4 years now and I'm always picking. My arms chest and face are starting to scar , I can't help it. I enjoy it. I'm desperate to stop because if I don't I'll keep getting worse. I hate how I look and feel , my body is a disaster😪

I do it too. Originally it was because I was stressed. Now I mostly pop things. I try to even pop scabs I know it sounds gross but the feeling that get when it pops is amazing.
