How long after conceiving can you feel nausea ?

We haven’t really been full on trying but the last week I felt pulling on my lower abdomen and today when I ate breakfast I thought “omg these are the best pancakes” cause they were soooo good.

When I finished, I just started gagging and had to run down the stairs to the bathroom and couldn’t even throw up, just kept feeling that gagging nasty feeling

I felt the worst nausea ever

And this kinda stuff never happens to me. this only ever happens when I drink except I do throw up.

So I guess I’m just wondering what’s everyone’s esperance with nausea and finding out they’re organ to ? Should I test?

I had a period at the beginning of January on New Years.
