Hot flashes?? Normal?
At first I noticed my face getting REALLY hot when I was nervous or embarrassed which isn’t something that happened to me before I got pregnant. But the past few days it’s been happening at seemingly random times where my face just starts getting super hot all of a sudden for no reason and it’s kind of anxiety inducing. I’m 30 weeks. Is anyone else dealing with this?
