Pregnancy HELP

Is it possible to get pregnant if you take birth control pills (not at the same time everyday, sometimes hours late because they are combined pills), but the condom broke so I took a plan b 3 hours after having sex (he came inside me without knowing) and it was my last day of period (my next pill box, I took it on time)
