If you tore during your first labor did you tear again with the second?

With my first I got 13 stitches. Second I got 3 stitches. With my third I got 2 stitches. Hopefully I get zero this time.

First I tore for two stitches second nothing and I pushed her out quicker. I think what helped is that my nurse was slowly stretching me before baby was crowning.

Tore with 1 and 2 due to position while I pushed I did not with my 3rd. I was on my hands and knees with the first two and pushed once/twice with each . I was side lying with my 3rd and biggest baby but did not tear.

So for my second they suggested a c-section.
