HELP!!!! - Safe to take this Vitamin During Pregnacy?

Question

I didn’t realize the fine print to consult a practitioner before taking during pregnancy 😭 I feel so bad/stupid and I’m scared. Can someone tell me if they took this before when pregnant?
I think I’ve been taking this since first and second trimester. I just started my 3rd trimester now. 
Please help/comment, Thank you.

Medications all say this to avoid lawsuit if there is an issue with your pregnancy. This basically means “we haven’t undertaken a study on usage in pregnant women and aren’t willing to”. 
It doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve done anything wrong but I would stop until you’ve spoken to your GP or OB/GYN. I’m unfamiliar with this product as we don’t have in Australia but if you look it up or contact the company directly for a full list of ingredients you can see which are safe/unsafe in pregnancy.
