So my question is do I count the first one as the first true positive or the second one ??

I count the first. At this point you don’t need to keep testing! Just BD!

I often have several days of positive tests, too. It only means you'll likely ovulate within 48 hours. Could be more, but testing beyond your first positive will only push back expected AF another day after you enter a positive each day.
