Has anyone had a miscarriage while taking baby aspirin?

What happens when you start bleeding, is it dangerous since aspirin is a blood thinner?

I had a chemical this past July at 5w while on baby aspirin. Baby aspirin isn’t a dangerous blood thinner, it’s low dose and rather mild. In my experience it was pretty similar to a regular period for me. It may have had something to do with how far along I was though 🤷‍♀️

Unless prescribed otherwise by your doctor, I was told to take 81 mg a day to conceive and continue through first trimester. It will not cause you to bleed excessively. There is usually a lot of blood during a miscarriage

It’s suggested not to take aspirin until the second trimester. Even then, it has to be low does. Tylenol is really the safest thing. I don’t think what you took could have caused a miscarriage, but I would stop taking it.
