20 wks worried

So last week i finished treatment for bv & yeast .. fast forward to today i wiped and saw stretchy green / yellow cm... has anyone had this during pregnancy? Should i contact doctor? I called them yesterday and told them i was still having yellow discharge and they told me to give it time to see if it goes away 🙄🙄🙄
