Cheat day

So I’ve been doing so wells with my diet and exercise for a month now and lost 7 pounds! I have no more cravings and I’m never hungry when I shouldn’t be anymore and I’m so happy about that! But me and my boyfriend (he’s also dieting) planned to have a cheat day on Valentine’s Day but now I’m not sure.. I don’t want to ruin my diet or anything. What does everything think? Should I have the 1 cheat day? (Probably will just do dinner dessert and chocolates) or should I continue my diet and not have a cheat day? Da
