I just had my baby less then a week ago, and wanted to start stomach exercises! My belly just has a tiny bit of extra skin that is there and it makes me insecure. I am very tiny (5 foot 1) and was 105 before pregnancy. I would love to get back, OR get recommendations of exercises to get muscle at home! I appreciate it a lot ❤️ I want to work on belly and everything below for a start! Thank you, in advance!
