So recently I made a post about social distancing and it got a little track. I got about 35 more followers than I had which was nice because I really am trying to see more of the world through the safety of my house while in quarantine. I thought I met a nice girl who DMed me and asked to be my friend. As someone who was bullied most of her life and had no friends I never wanted anybody to go through what I did so I obviously said yes but she did mention how she wanted to “see my face”. She asked for my number which I though was a little strange but I brushed it off. We started texting and this is where it got strange. I’ll link photos. She asked me what I did and didn’t talk much about herself even when I asked and eventually she asked if I did sports. To this I said yes. Swim, soccer, track, and sometimes ski. She then asked this.

As you can tell I was very uncomfortable but then it got worse. She then asked me what I was wearing which I have heard from creepy old men in my DM’s in the past.

I ended up blocking her because I got really bad memories and flashbacks to my victim days. I was really hoping this would be a safe place that I could post and ask for women’s help in life and get multiple opinions but now I’m conflicted. Did I make the right choice in blocking her(if we can even call them that) or did I just turn away someone who might have needed my help?
