Rectovaginal endometriosis, anyone had this?

Question

I’ve just come on my period and the pain around my bottom and tummy is so severe. I’ve researched and can see that this type of endometriosis can cause this pain and other symptoms ie constipation, gas which I also experience. 
Please if anyone has experienced this I’d love to hear from you as I just don’t know what to do?!

I’m unaware if I have endometriosis but I wouldn’t be shocked. My SO seems to think I do based off his research lol. I experienced this pain back in December but it was literally debilitating. I could not walk or stand up for hours. I have Crohn’s and figured it was likely my Crohn’s and constipation. 
So I took Miralax and within an hour I was passing stools. After 3-4 hours I could finally stand up. My belly was so tender still though. But that pain was in my rectum and pelvic area - id never experienced anything like it. In fact it worried my GI dr and she ordered a colonoscopy for the following week but my Crohn’s has actually improved. So now I’m wondering if it could’ve been endo after all..
