This was found on my ultrasound!
Today I went for my first appointment at 10w2d and everything looked great with baby.. heart beat and everything. The whole time my ob is looking at the screen weird and looked concerned so I asked is it twins or something? And she said “well it isn’t twins but I’m not really sure what it is” she showed me the screen and the baby was perfectly fine in it’s sac (yolk already absorbed) and to the left of baby outside of its sac is a very noticeable white circle that would like a yolk sac but very white like an almost perfect circle.. no heartbeat.. not a baby. She sent a referral for a specialist to take a look but I’m here to ask WHAT IN THE WORLD COULD THIS BE?! I have had two healthy pregnancies prior so I’m lost. If anyone has any ideas please let me know its going to stress me out. Here is pic of the ultrasound (they didn’t give me a pic with the white circle) it’s to left of baby’s head and a little smaller than baby’s head.
