Sneak Peak Gender Test Wrong??

My husband and I did a sneak peak at home blood test when I was 12 weeks and it came back as boy. We had some gender disappointment but really got around to excitement about a boy. Then this week at my 20 week ultra sound they said baby was a girl! The tech is having us come back in a few weeks because she’s never had this happen. 
Anyone else had this happen? Do we start to shop/register girl?

My husband cousin they did a gender reveal and everything saying it was a boy. And it’s a girl

I honestly would have the doctor do another blood test just to be sure. I wouldn’t know which one to trust at that point. I never did the sneak peak test because we want to have a gender reveal, so we’re waiting for our gender scan. I’m going to have a private ultrasound done on Monday and then I’ll get another one from my actual doctor a couple weeks after to confirm.
