Nursing / Pumping during first trimester

Hi All. I recently found out I am pregnant (missed period a few days ago). I am still nursing / pumping my 10 month old and would like to do so until his first birthday. This would take me through the first trimester of this pregnancy. Has anyone nursed / pumped during this time and how did it go? Thanks!
