When did you start gaining weight?

How many weeks were you when you started really gaining the weight? I’m only 8 weeks and I’ve gained 4 lbs already... I’m really in for it this time 🥴

I’ve gained a pound so far and I’m 8 weeks. I think it fluctuates during the 1st trimester depending on morning sickness severity but ultimately just try and eat healthy and light exercise is ok. :)

I lost 4lbs in the first trimester and didn’t start gaining weight until around 16-18 weeks.

Really depends on your pre pregnancy BMI- most women don’t need to gain much in first trimester, unless they were underweight.. typically you’ll add 250-300/cal a day in second trimester and 4-500 in third.

I was about 19-20 weeks when I started really gaining weight. I think I maybe gained 4 pounds before that point.

I lost 12 lbs in first trimester. I'm now 16w+2 and have gained 3lbs at last appointment. The way my appetite is amping up, I'm only going to be gaining lol. My last pregnancy I gained 27lbs. Hope I can stick to that this pregnancy as well 25-27
