Pregnancy right after birth

So I made a post like this and I sounded so uneducated I deleted it. 😂😭 BUT I asked how did you know you were pregnant RIGHT after giving birth. I took a test and it is VERY POSITIVE. my baby is only 2 1/2 months. 🥺 Have any other mamas had this happen? How did you tell your partner and how was the transition?
