Early Aging
Ladies, I am a 23 year old mama who is starting to have the wear and tear of life show on her face, hair and skin... I no longer look youthful and vibrant. I have grey hairs (which began when I was 17), wrinkles around my mouth, eyes and along my forehead, extremely dry skin (legs to be exact) and my skin just doesn’t look plump anymore. I almost looks sickly.... but I’m not sick. I also can’t get makeup to look right anymore. I feel so old. And I’m only 23. What can I do to reverse this, or at least slow this process? Any product recommendations? Better foods to eat? I’m so sad that I no longer look like my photos from a few years back.
