Does anyone have tips for sleep training a 10 month old who only falls asleep at the breast. I don't like the cio method. My husband won't help putting him to bed (never has and never will, no matter how many times I ask🙄) and I'm at my wit's end 😩 we just moved and since moving, he has been waking up constantly wanting comfort and I don't know what to do. I don't like co sleeping and unfortunately that's what it has come to. I don't get any sleep because I worry throughout the night about him being safe. I need help with a night time routine and getting him used to his crib. Please please please send any tips or tricks. My friend recommended a sleep consultant, but I don't have $500+ for that at the moment since we just moved.
