It just started 3/4 months ago, but my 2 yr old daughter is obsessed with crawling in bed with me at night, which is one thing. But then wants to rub my throat / neck for hours. I'll roll over and she'll do it to the back of my neck or my back till my skin is raw. The problem too, is I absolutely cannot sleep if I'm being touched. She doesn't do this at all during the day unless she gets upset or tired. My 17 yr old calls her "handsy" because when she puts her to sleep on occasion, she does the same to her. I'm worried about it honestly because it so odd and out of the blue. I'm a stay at home mom, no support or even a babysitter except my older kids so the ONLY time she's away from me is when I grocery shop for an hour every 10 days. Yes, maybe I'm over thinking it, but my want to know why mind is all over what's psychologically wrong or missing that she suddenly started this. Please be nice about this, my family has already demeaned me when I asked their opinion. They aren't fond of my kids either though.
