Gas or Baby movement at 16 weeks

Today while laying down, I felt a lot of pressure on bladder as if someone was sitting on it lol. I thought it is gas and went to the bathroom but nothing. Then it felt like a giant bubble was moving around near my bladder and caused a bit discomfort and pain for a second and then went away.

What could it be?
