Late Talker- Any Advice?

So, I had an April 2019 baby and was in this group before/after she was born. She is smart and healthy and silly. The only problem is that she is not talking like the milestones say. Her pediatrician brushes it off and says not to worry until a bit after 2 years of age (and shes only 21- almost 22 months). But according to milestones, she's supposed to be saying 100 words or more! She knows maybe 10. And some of them are animal sounds but they still count apparently. 😵 she knows A LOT more than she can communicate though. Does anyone else have a late talker or any advice? I was hoping they would recomend maybe speech therapy? But they're saying too soon to do that. My oldest didn't have this problem (she was/is advanced for her age), so I am at a loss here. 🙁

Also want to add that we still (unfortunately) have a bottle at nap times and bedtime (we are having trouble weaning) and sippy cups through the day. Not sure if using a bottle affects speech at this age is why I'm mentioning.

Picture for reference. Her name is Emalynn and we call her Emie for short. 💗
