I'm 37 weeks and was put on bed rest over a month ago due to my cervix softening and Dr didn't want baby to come earlier than 35 weeks. That meant no sex. A little while ago I was diagnosed with mild preeclampsia due to high blood pressure and a little bit of protein in my urine. I'm being induced on Monday, and I wanted to dilate my cervix more so my SO and I had intercourse and he came in me. at the time I was dumb and thought it would be alright because I had originally been put on bed rest because of my cervix, and I'm being induced in a day anyway. Did I just put my baby in danger? I've heard from a few people sex is okay with mild preeclampsia but now I'm worrying myself 😓please no rude comments
