How can I quit smoking does anyone have any advice? Im having a tough time with it

I used the patches along with the pills, both prescribed by my doctor. It made it SSSOOOOOO much easier than the other 20 times I tried quitting lol. I smoked for 10 years and was completely smoke free within 3 weeks. I went at my own pace though, the pills and patches are an 8 week program.
Those patches can be cut a little smaller every day and that helps you transition very gradually.

Ice cold water! I quit cold turkey (I smoked a pack a day). Every time I had a craving a chugged ice cold water. It kills craving! I've been smoke free since August 28 (a week and 5 day before I found out I was pregnant)

I quit cold turkey. I pictured my baby gasping for air every time I would take a drag and that was enough for me. Here I am still smoke free since and pregnant with baby #2

I quit cold turkey ! I just couldn't handle the guilt everytime I had one. Have u watched the video of what happens to ur baby when u smoke ? It might help it pit me right off! When I get a bad craving I reach for a glass of ice cold water or a wee sweet to suck and think of something else. Good luck hun, it's a hard road x

I went cold turkey! It was so hard due to my line of work, but I just did it! Now I'm almost 5 months smoke free, and discovered a brand of e-cigarettes that comes with a 0% everything that I'm buying tomorrow. I just like the action of inhaling and exhaling and watching the smoke float away, it relaxes me. So I'm getting that so that next year I will be more relaxed when the stress starts again!

Just don't do it! It's not worth the risk of your child to be born under weight and develop health problems.

My best friend quit cold turkey. She would text me every time she had an urge. I would tell her to chew on some almonds. Chew on ice. Gum. It worked for her.. I know every one is different but the baby was her priority for her. It was really tough. She did great.

Milk has worked wonders for me.  I had a e cigarette that I used for a bit trying to stop smoking before I got pregnant.  Once I found out I buckled down and just flat out stopped after the milk/smoke combo was  enough to make me sick
