Waking up sore?

So I thought I’d ask you athletic ladies- a few nights ago when I woke up in the morning my pecs were Incredibly sore. As in if I’d worked them hard for hours. It hurt (in an athletic way) when I tried to lift things. Two days later they’re still sore. What is going on here? Am I doing pull-ups in my sleep? 😂 anybody else ever had this happen?

Dunno if this is important or not, but I have an unusual chest size (30J natural) and used to work out several hours a day but don’t anymore (sports, quarantine, bleh). Whaaat is going on here lol. It’s not the first time I’ve woken up with my pecs killing me, but it’s quite unusual. Nothing odd about my sleeping position that I can tell.
