Weight loss with pregnancy?
Hello! So I am still early in my pregnancy (6w6d) and I am about 15lbs obese according to my BMI. I know I can workout while pregnant and have been doing spin classes and with no drinking I’m hoping that I will see some weight loss 😅 I also started seeing a nutritionist to help me with the food aspect of everything. But just wanted to see if others have been able to get to a healthy weight while pregnant or if they were able to not gain too much weight while pregnant if overweight already? Any advice? I’m not looking to get “bikini ready” just trying to be healthy for both the baby and I.
