Hcg levels

Nikola

For anyone who might need to hear this or will help anyone.

I went through 2 miscarriages, one that just happened last week on Wednesday.

Doctors told me my progesterone levels are too low and actually contacted my doctor from abroad and they said, if in pregnancy a woman experiences low hcg levels which is triggering miscarriage or pre term labour can actually be treated.

All we need to do to increase the levels is actually to eat more protein. For example: sesame seeds, nuts, beef and much more but also it can be improved by a progesterone cream or by tablets which increase the level of progesterone, these need to be prescribed by a doctor.

I just thought that this would be worth for anyone who might have same experience like me and would like to give it a try.
